Terms of Service

1. Services

RoboMate AI ("we," "us") provides AI automation consulting and implementation services including AI agent development, chatbot creation, AI-generated content production, and virtual influencer creation. Service scope, deliverables, and pricing are defined in individual project agreements.

2. Consultations

Free consultations booked through our website are informational and do not constitute a binding service agreement. Project work begins only after a signed agreement and any applicable deposit.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-built AI systems, workflows, and deliverables as specified in the project agreement. RoboMate retains the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and non-proprietary techniques across projects.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may result in service suspension.

5. Limitation of Liability

RoboMate AI provides services on an "as is" basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of AI systems we build. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business data, workflows, API keys, and system architectures.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days written notice. Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and delivered.

8. Website Use

Content on this website is for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or reliability of blog content, guides, or tools referenced.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
